Overview

At SabKiDukan.pk, we are committed to delivering products in the condition promised. If a mistake occurs on our side, we take full responsibility. If a customer changes their mind after receiving a correct product, we handle such cases fairly and transparently.

1. Eligible for Return or Refund (Our Responsibility)

Damaged or defective product — Item arrives physically damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect.
Wrong item delivered — You receive a product different from what you ordered (size, colour, type, or model).
Product significantly different from description — Product does not match the listing, images, or specifications in a meaningful way.

In all cases above, the customer has the right to choose:

• Full refund (including delivery charges), OR
• Free replacement

Return shipping is covered by us where applicable.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photo or video proof.

Note: If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately with photo or video evidence.

2. Change of Mind or Personal Preference

If the product is correct but you no longer want it:

We may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund (product value only) depending on condition and circumstances.
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable in this case.

We review each request fairly based on genuine circumstances.

3. When Returns Are Not Accepted

Product used, washed, or altered after delivery.
Damage caused after receiving the product.
Return request made after 7 days without a valid reason.
Missing original packaging or incomplete item.
Custom-made or personalised items, unless defective or wrong.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via your preferred method:

Bank Transfer — provide account title, number, and bank name.
EasyPaisa — provide your registered mobile number.
JazzCash — provide your registered mobile number.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

5. Return Shipping Charges

Seller pays — for damaged, wrong, or misrepresented products.
Customer pays — for change of mind cases.
