1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours in business days after placement.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order has been shipped.
We track every order to ensure it reaches you on time.
Some remote areas may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping rate: PKR 250 (fixed) and 4% Government tax may also be applicable while checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout — no hidden costs.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan.
For remote or village areas, delivery times may vary depending on courier availability.
International delivery is not available.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this to track your parcel online at any time.

5. Delays or Issues

In case of unexpected delays (such as courier issues or weather conditions), we will inform you promptly.
Please ensure your address and contact information are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

6. Damaged Parcels or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately with photo or video evidence.
Such cases will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy with fairness and honesty.
